1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using KarmexaHR (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The Service
KarmexaHR provides HR, payroll, attendance, leave, recruitment, and related workforce management tools on a subscription basis, as described on our Pricing page.
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform, including payroll and compliance figures, and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
4. Payment & Plans
Paid plans are billed per the cycle selected at signup. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan only if you actively subscribe — no credit card is required to start a trial.
5. Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of all data entered into the platform. KarmexaHR acts as a data processor on the Customer's behalf for the purpose of providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
6. Compliance Disclaimer
KarmexaHR automates statutory calculations (PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax) based on data and rates configured in the platform. Customers remain responsible for verifying compliance with applicable law and for timely, accurate statutory filings.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription per the notice period specified in the applicable plan. Upon termination, Customer data will be made available for export for a limited period before deletion, as described in our data retention practices.
